That’s a nice affordable hotel. But I noticed two things that made us a bit sad. The installed heating system was broken but the staff helped quickly and provided us with a portable heating. Then I’d say that breakfast could have more options of hot meals. But it’s still very delicious. If you want to spent some time in Albi, it’s a great place to stay.

Great budget hotel. Good buffet breakfast. A short <10min (though direct) walk to town but restaurants close by too. Rooms are old but updated to a high standard with individual aircon, tea/coffee etc. Despite the closeness to town its very quiet so a good night's sleep!

Since i can't respond to your message under my previous email I have to write another review. I know very well about what hotel I'm writing a review, so please dont gaslight me in telling me I must be writing about another hotel. We made a video which shows your self check in wasn't working! Next to that we called the hotel multiple times and even Agoda called the hotel that night no one responded. A request for returnig my money was made via Agoda and turned down by you twice. So I would love to hear how we are going to solve this problem since I still want my money back.

The price is good, the accomodation is fine. We stayed only for one night. We didn't have time to try the breakfast. Check in was fast and easy, only problem for us, was the smell of cigarette in the room.

The air conditioning in the room didn't work usefully and the staff in the morning did take a look. Probably fine if not a hot time of year. But the building isn't good for hot weather. The staff were helpful giving directions but we left a tad hot.
